Search Engines: Is it worth it to pay for listings? There is hardly any occasion for which a decision not to submit your site is ever justifiable. Even if a particular search engine insists on charging a few dollars, the odds are it's going to be "worth it." As long as your company typically earns at least a few dollars per visitor, business logic suggests that it wont be very difficult for you to make back a $10...$25...or even $75 investment to get listed with a particular engine. Remember: Just because YOU haven't heard of an engine, that doesn't mean there's not a few thousand [or more] regular users in a specific demographic group or geographic region who search with it regularly. Think it through even further: If YOU found the engine online, don't you think others (i.e. your potential customers...) have found it as well? And if you simply can't imagine why anyone would use an engine other than the "very best," think of how many newbies the Internet still has... Think of how many users still know so little about how to use the Web, where to search...and think about how many new net users are still overly influenced by every link and banner ad they see. And if that's not enough: Understand that there are ISPs and other services who sometimes choose lesser-known search engines to filter results to ALL of their users. There may very well exist an entire town, city, or county using an engine that you've never heard of. Surely your company can't afford to intentionally skip over these markets by turning your nose up at every engine who wants to charge just a few dollars for site inclusion! We strongly recommend the following well-known search engines which charge per submission and generally yield decent results: Yahoo.Com, Azoos.Com, Mamma.Com, Galaxy.Com, and WhatUSeek.Com. Of course, the results are never guaranteed but are always worth the chance. Yahoo aside, you'll spend less than $200 combined to add your site to the others on the list and each will feed their databases to a number of other sites..bringing you more and more traffic we doubt you can "afford" to miss out on! Don't second guess yourself- Submit anywhere & everywhere --even if doing so costs a few dollars! CLICK HERE TO GO ON TO THE NEXT PAGE> CLICK HERE FOR A FREE LIST OF SEARCH ENGINES!
